this has been bothering me for a while because i turned on windows on-screen keyboard for fun but after that every time i turned on my pc the on-screen keyboard pops up. I have tried disabling it from control panel but it seems like this was a bug in windows 7. So i searched for a solution and finally turned it off.
what you have to do is make a new windows admin account (eg.disable) and log in that account and go to control panel ease of access and unmark all the features you dont want and click on "Change administrative settings" and mark apply all setting to the logon desktop and click ok. Now you can restart your computer and the on-screen keyboard will be turned off and if you want you can delete the account your just made.
